Unfortunately, there are some companies in our industry selling “short cuts and incomplete” processes. Polished Concrete, done correctly is a robust process involving 10 to 16 diamond passes (depending on the desired final sheen).

During the process of grinding, then honing, and finally polishing your floor will be densified with a state of art Lithium Silicate. This step is critical as it increases the hardness and toughness of the concrete and allows the honing and polishing steps to achieve maximum impact.

At the end of the polishing process, your floor will have a penetrating sealer or stain guard applied which will help to dust proof your floor and to provide some protection against stains from spills.
